Will of Donald Henderson, Deceased

This is the last will and testament of me Donald Henderson of River John in the County of Pictou, Shoemaker

I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal property and real estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my son Daniel Henderson absolutely and forever upon the express condition that he my said son shall and will at all times after my decease on the premises hereby devised maintain and support my dear wife Elizabeth Henderson with ** food clothing attendance medical aid, all necessaries suitable to her rank and station in life for and during the term or period of her natural life

And shall pay to my daughter Bessie Henderson the sum of one hundred Dollars in one year after the date of my decease

I appoint my said son Daniel Henderson Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke all former Testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Henderson late of River John in the County of Pictou Shoemaker deceased which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 14th  day of December AD 1905.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 14th. day of December AD 1905.
