Will of Andrew Graham late of Elmfield County of Pictou, Deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
 
Know all men by these presents that I Andrew Graham of Elmfield in the County of Pictou Farmer do make and publish this my last will and testament

First - I give and bequeath to my son James W Graham one third of my property real and personal of whatever it consists

Second - I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Wilson one third of my property real and personal consisting of lands houses horses livestock and money

Third - I give and bequeath to my wife Marion Graham one third of my property (this inserted) real and personal this include her third of which the law allows her

Fourth - I will and direct that my executors pay to my wife Marion Graham $100. one hundred dollars out of the proceeds of my estate

Fifth - I direct that my executors shall erect a suitable headstone to my memory payable out of my estate

Sixth - I will and direct that the house shall be a home for all three namely, James W Graham Elizabeth Wilson and Marion Graham

Seventh - I appoint J. Rod McDonald Miller of Elmfield and Charles Sutherland Farmer also of Elmfield my  executors.

In Witness Whereof I Andrew Graham Set my hand and Seal hereunto this 29th day of January  A.D., 1900.
