Will of Mary A Cameron Deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
Know all men by these presents that I Mary A Cameron widow of late Evan Cameron of Springville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament
1st. I give and bequeath to Hugh Grant my brother of Eureka my share of the undivided property real that my father left to Christy my sister and I myself and likewise my share of the portion that comes to me of Christy's property she dying intestate
Second I give and bequeath to Janett Grant my niece one hundred dollars
Thirdly I give and bequeath to Jessie Grant Gillivray Grant's wife one hundred dollars
I give to my executor twenty dollars for a headstone and get the names of William Robertson & mine inscribed on same and take the other away
Fourthly I give and bequeath to John W Grant & Hugh Grant my brothers after paying all expenses all the rest of my personal property money and all household stuff
I ordain and appoint Gillivray Grant as executor to this my last will and Testament
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament in presence of witnesses

Signed Sealed published and declared in presence by the said Mary A Cameron as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary A Cameron late of Springville in said County Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 9th day of June AD 1903.
Witness my hand at Pictou in said County this 9th. day of June AD 1903.
