IN THE COURT OF PROBATE.

I, John D. MacLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby Certify that the written paper is a true and Correct Copy of the last Will and Testament of Patience Anderson late of Pictou Widow deceased, which said will was clearly admitted to Probate in said Court on the 15 day Aug. A.D. 1910

This is the last Will and Testament of me Patience Anderson of Pictou in the County of Pictou, widow.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter Mary E. Arbuckle Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

I give, devise and bequeath the lot of land and dwellings in which I now reside in Pictou aforesaid to my son George Anderson for and during the term of his natural life should his wife Mary J. Anderson survive him, she shall have the use and occupancy of the said lot of land and buildings during her lifetime provided she remains unmarried. At her death, or in the event of her being married

I give, devise and bequeath the said lot of land and buildings to my son Charles Anderson.

I give, devise and bequeath the furniture owned by me in said dwelling house to my son George Anderson aforesaid.

I direct that my Executrix above named do sell ether at public or private sale the two lots of land owned by me, situate on the north side of the road leading to Barry's Mill and with the proceeds pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and any debts due by me.

Dated at Pictou aforesaid this 1st. day of July A.D. 1910 Witnesses.
