Description Will of John Anderson of Trenton, NS

Province of Nova Scotia County of Pictou, S. S. IN THE COURT OF PROBATE I, John D. McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the writing or annexed typewritten paper is a true and correct copy of the last will and Testament of John Anderson, late of Trenton in said County of Pictou Engineer deceased, which said will was admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou in said County on the third day of November A.D., 1913 Witnessed my hand at Pictou, in said County this third day of November A.D. 1913 John D. McLeod Registrar I, John Anderson of Trenton in the County of Pictou, Engineer, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. First: I give, devise and bequeath the real estate and property at Trenton aforesaid on which I now reside and all the furniture, household goods and effects of all kinds in and about the same, to the use of my wife, Henrietta during her natural life, and from and after her death to my son, Murdock Anderson, his heirs and assigns forever. Second : I give devise and bequeath to my said wife, Henrietta absolutely the real estate and property owned by me, situate at Fraser's Hill, Trenton aforesaid, being a lot of land 115X137 feet. purchased by me from Alexander Fraser of Fisher's Grant, county of Pictou. Third: I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife, sole executrix of this will. Lastly: I revoke all former wills by me at any former time made. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety eight.
