Will of Annie B S Heighton, Deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

The  last will and Testament of Annie B S Heighton of *Westerly*in the County of Pictou.

Do make the following bequests of my estate real and personal property, and being of sound mind and memory I do make the following bequests

1st. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Lavinia Heighton the Sum of two hundred Dollars to be taken out of my personal property.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my daughter Zilla* G Douthwright* wife of James Douthwright* of  *Westerly* two bed Steads with feather beds and blankets  complete

3rd. I give and bequeath to my son John A Heighton all my real estate on which I reside bounded north by lands of Albert Salisbury and James Douthright and on the east by the Str. of Northumberland on the South by lands of James C Heighton on the west by River John Harbor containing eighty five acres more or less and all my personal property after paying the above bequests and that my son John shall pay all my funeral expenses.

I do appoint my neighbor George L Sillars and Roderick McCulloch of River John as my executors of this my last Will and testament.

I hereby revoke all former will and testaments


In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Annie B. S. Heighton  late of      in the County of Pictou  deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 28th  day of October AD 1910.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 28th. day of October AD 1910.
