Estate of William N. Hayward, late of Scotch Hill, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I William N. Hayward of Dufferin Road Scotch Hill in the County of Pictou, Farmer, do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament.

First, I will devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Elizabeth Margaret Hayward, Lucy Jane Hayward, and Rosabell Hayward all that farm lot and premises belonging to me and on which I now reside at the aforesaid Dufferin road containing about fifty acres more or less.

Second, I will devise and bequeath to my said daughters all my interests in any minerals, oils or other products that may be found on or in said farm, be the same profits, dividends, or any other interest whatsoever.

Third, I will and bequeath to my said daughters all my personal property of every nature and kind and wheresoever Situated.

Fourth, I nominate constitute and appoint Daniel Cameron of River John in said County (my nephew) the executor of this my  last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereto my hand and Seal Subscribed and Set this twenty Seventh day of November A.D. 1882.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William N. Hayward late of Scotch Hill in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 26th day of April A.D. 1887.
