Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

 

Dominion of Canada, Province of Nova Scotia, County of Pictou, April 2nd. 1880.

 

I, William H. Harris of Pictou, County & Province aforesaid being of sound mind and memory, thank God for his mercies, Do make this my last Will and testament as follows,

 

I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Anne A. Harris, the whole of my real and personal estate, Lands, money, Bank stock, Bank deposits, Shares in Insurance Company's, Mortgages, debts owing to me, household furniture, and all other things belonging to me. To have and to hold to the said Anne A. Harris the whole of the property real and personal above mentioned, to her and her heirs and assigns for ever.

 

And I do hereby constitute and appoint her the said Anne A. Harris to be my Sole executrix for the purposes of fully executing to all intents and purposes the intentions and desires of this my last Will and testament.

 

As witness my hand and Seal the day and date above mentioned.
